Unlike our competitors, we are happy to take over maintenance of all types of alarms systems installed by
other companies and will not charge you extra for this.
There are three levels of maintenance contracts offered and these are shown below, subject to terms and
conditions.
BRONZE
Once a year service and maintenance check, to ensure alarm remains fully operational. All other callouts,
resets, labour and parts will be chargeable.
SILVER
Once a year service and maintenance check with free 24 hour call outs. All parts and other labour will
be chargeable.
GOLD
Once a year service and maintenance, with free 24 hour call out and free parts and labour (excluding batteries).
